Regular license fees apply, plus the $3.95 processing fee will be charged to your credit card. Licenses may also be ordered through the mail. Simply send your name, address (including zip code) social security number, date of birth, physical features (height, weight, eye and hair color) and enclose the fee for your license to: TWRA sales office, P.O. Cross Creeks National Wildlife Refuge is now open for fishing, hiking, wildlife observation and related activities.
